Defining and delivering the future experience for ARU

We are pleased to announce that we have recently won a competitive pitch for a two-year partnership with Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) – to define and deliver the future experience for University students and staff.

Alongside clarifying the long-term ambition for ARU through the Target Customer Experience, Friday will also work on two key projects; a website redesign and re-platforming as well as re-imagining the applicant and on-boarding experience.
